Imagine walking in to a beautiful,
light filled space where distraction from the outside world melts away.
Upon entering Yoga in the Vines, you will find an inviting area to
relax before and after class and an open, light filled class space with
plenty of room to stretch and move. You will begin to feel more
relaxed and calm just by walking through the front door.
Our friendly,
knowledgeable instructors have been professionally trained through a
minimum 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved certification course as well as
practicing their own yoga for at least two years. You will
receive the best possible instruction in a safe, non-competitive
environment.
After class you are welcome to stay a while and enjoy the peaceful environment or grab an apple
from the bowl and continue on with your day.
Yoga in the Vines is easily accessible from Highways 101 and 41, the studio can be found one block west of Highway
101 on the south side of Highway 41 (Morro Rd.).
